General Manager - High Wycombe

We are looking for a big personality to bring the very best out of the team at our central Wycombe Tap. Split over two levels, this is a venue with a real buzz and is a perfect centre hub for the local community.

The ideal candidate will have proven past experience within hospitality and will have the confidence to use an 'outside of the box' approach to impact sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales, promoting craft beer and our brand.
  • Establish and maintain realistic budgets whilst identifying ways to improve profitability and manage costs effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the bar and dining experience
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Constantly develop, mentor and grow your teams’ abilities to aid the evolution of our brand.

About You:

  • At least 1 year+ previous managerial experience in hospitality.
  • A front seat driver with exceptional people skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A formidable passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn more about the industry.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
