Events Coordinator
We have a great opportunity for an Events Coordinator, this is a diverse and hands-on role that will require weekend working and flexibility as there will be a need for you to work in our taprooms.
This is not a office based role. Whilst time for planning and booking events will be given it is expected that the Events Coordinator is available for all planned events whether external or internally across our locations .
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Pro-actively drive awareness and exposure of Mad Squirrel and all its offerings to the corporate market and local businesses through research, networking and business development.
Plan and Manage all events all the way through to efficient and flawless execution.
Work closely with taprooms and department managers to access event needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in the hospitality sector ,Bar and cellar management is a must
- A good understanding of events and flawless execution
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A professional image and approach to sales and marketing
- Confident networker who can quickly develop a strong network of contacts
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: £28'000 - £32'000
