A sparkling afternoon at Everflyht Vineyard

Some of our team recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at the wonderful Everflyht vineyard, a family-run gem nestled in the heart of Sussex. Surrounded by rolling vines and the passion of true craftsmanship, it was a visit to remember.

We're proud to stock Everflyht Brut NV in our taprooms — a truly delicious English sparkling wine. Crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier grapes grown on their single-estate vineyard, this wine is a sparkling celebration of English terroir.

Made in a low-intervention style and aged for at least 20 months on the lees, it brings together fresh, vibrant energy with subtle depth and elegance. Expect hints of oak, beautifully integrated, and a whole lot of character in every glass.
