Gift cards are redeemable in our Mad Squirrel Taprooms only and are not redeemable online.

Terms & Conditions:

These gift cards may be exchanged for goods up to the pre-loaded points value. Value of points can be spent in one transaction or over multiple transactions. Points can be redeemed against items of a higher value on payment of the difference. These gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Mutilated, damaged or defaced cards cannot be exchanged. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards. Red Squirrel Group Ltd, trading as Mad Squirrel reserve the right to refuse service or exclude particular items from this offer. These gift cards are not to be used by anyone found under the age of 18 and trying to use it or someone over 18 using it on behalf of an under 18. Points will be loaded onto cards on the next working day. Points are valid for 1 year from loading. Cards are valid for use across all mad squirrel operated outlets, but not third-party outlets selling Mad Squirrel products. Points cannot be accrued against points redeemed.
